Modern Exterior Refresh

Bathroom Remodel
Renovated this dated half bathroom to have an updated look and feel, with new tile flooring, mirror and vanity, a fresh coat of paint, and a custom built cabinet to disguise the radiator and provide extra counter space.
Living Area Renovations
Created an open plan living space. Removed the interior walls, raised the height of the ceiling, added recessed lights, and put in new Pergo flooring. The large room now provides a clear line of sight to the front entryway.
Second Story Addition

Replaced the weathered wood planks leading to the backyard pool to provide a safe and durable walkway.

Replaced the windows on this brick home with beautiful sliding french doors that open onto the back deck. Extended brick siding and gave it a fresh coat of paint to restore it to its original state.
